haha,today's training was damn funny, and it was not so tough too(: cos start tapering already.. i couldnt hear jiao lian's start, so i didnt jump. then i dont know who got so agitated by it, he just shouted at me to go. chill man. i just couldnt hear her cos of my blocked ear so i didnt go.
ugh i can hear practically nothingness now.
